Common questions

Do you visit in person?
No. All our work is done remotely, by phone, video call and secure remote access. It keeps prices down, and fixes don't have to wait for a visit. We don't repair hardware, but we'll tell you where to go if something needs hands-on work.
Who owns my website?
It's your choice. Pay once and the website is yours outright. On a monthly plan, the website is part of your plan: we host it, look after it and keep it up to date. Either way, your domain name, your words and photos, and your business accounts are always yours.
Can the chatbot take bookings?
It answers questions and passes booking requests to you, or links to your booking system. It never takes payments or card details.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. We can add a chatbot to most websites, look after it for £10 a month, or rebuild it if it's holding you back.
