Common questions

Should I pay monthly or once?
Monthly (£15 Launch, £29 Business) covers design, build, hosting, backups, updates and small edits, with no setup fee. The minimum term is 12 months, then it's month to month. Pay once (£199 Launch, £399 Business) and the website is yours outright. We set up free hosting in your own account, and you can add care for £10 a month whenever you like.
Who owns the website?
If you pay once, the website is yours. On a monthly plan, the website is part of your plan and we keep it running. Either way, your domain name, words, photos and accounts are always yours, and if you leave a monthly plan we'll help you move them.
What do you need from me?
Your logo, some photos and a few lines about what you do. We'll help with the wording and suggest photos if you don't have any.
How long does it take?
A Launch site is usually live about two weeks after we have your content. A Business site takes three to four weeks.
Can you improve my existing website instead?
Often, yes. We'll look at what you have on a free call and tell you honestly whether to keep it, improve it or start again.
