Websites and IT for cafés and restaurants

Your menu changes with the seasons, your hours change with the weather, and customers look you up on a phone while they're deciding where to eat. What they find has to be right, and it has to be quick. That's what we build, along with the email and backups that keep it all running.

What it fixes

Current, quick, and safe where it matters

Small things cost covers: an out-of-date menu, hours that say you're shut when you're open, a phone ringing while you're mid-service.

A menu that's actually current

Change a price or a dish and we update the page, usually the same day. No more customers arriving for something you stopped serving in March. If you run an eatery in Cleveleys, check our Cleveleys cafés and restaurants page.

Hours that don't lie

Your website and your Google listing saying the same thing matters more than almost anything else for a café. We keep both right, including bank holidays and short-notice changes.

Bookings and table enquiries

Table requests come straight to you by email, so you're not stopping service to write things on the back of an order pad.

Allergy questions go to your team

The assistant will not answer allergy or dietary questions. It passes them to a person, every time. That's a deliberate choice, and it isn't something we'll switch off to save effort.

Questions

Common questions

Why won't the chatbot answer allergy questions?
Because getting one wrong could make somebody ill. It recognises those questions and hands them straight to your team by email instead of guessing. You stay responsible for what you serve, which is how it should be.
Can you take online orders for takeaways?
We don't build ordering systems, and we won't pretend otherwise. If you already use a delivery or ordering service, we'll link to it clearly from your site. If you take orders by phone, we make that number impossible to miss.
Can you photograph our food?
No, that's not something we do. We'll place your photos well and tell you honestly what would look better. On the free call we'll say if we think a local photographer would earn their fee.
How quickly can it be live?
A five-page site is usually live about two weeks after we have your content, which for a café is mostly photos, your menu and your opening hours.
